Loctote offers a two-year warranty on all products purchased directly from their website. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship but does not cover intentional damage, accidental damage, damage resulting from unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, improper handling, damage caused by a common carrier, loss of use, or other consequential damages. If a defect is found in materials or workmanship, customers are advised to contact Loctote for instructions and authorization to send the defective product to them. Products that cannot be repaired to Loctote's standards will be replaced with a new one. Shipping costs associated with sending the defective product to Loctote will be covered by them.
In terms of returns and exchanges, if for any reason a customer is not satisfied with any item purchased directly from the Loctote website, they can return the item to Loctote within 30 days of purchase in its original condition for an exchange, or refund in the original form of payment. All merchandise must be in new and unused condition.
